Last seen somewhere down island. Runs a freighter boat out of St Maarten is what I heard. He has calmed down a little since his hot headed early days in St T. Last I heard, Sparky was his first mate.
Actually Tom has been frequenting St Thomas more in the last 10 years or so, to the extent of building a very nice house on Great Bay out on Cabrita Point, looking over to the Ritz Carlton. The house is built almost totally of South American hardwoods. He also was captaining his own tugboats, sometimes docked at Lat18.
Tom's Cousin Here. Today Tom Coulter passed away. His great friend Sparky was with him. Tom lead a fascinating life. He suffered with bad luck and a few demons, but he was a devoted friend and family member. Nikki

Tom is a true wonderful waterfront wacko. Oh, the stories I could tell!
...why, you time he was pissed off... and so he towed Nevis (or some other small island) halfway to Trini before he sobered up!
